20世纪以来，全球进入文化大发现的时代，文化发展被上升为重大战略。中国文化无论在传统还是现代都是一种伦理型文化，伦理道德发展具有极为重要的文化战略意义。为深入探索中国伦理道德发展的文化战略，加快推进中国伦理学界与世界的对话交流，江苏省道德发展智库协同第二届江南文脉论坛组委会计划于2019年10月27日联合举办“东大伦理论坛：伦理道德发展的文化战略”，在世界范围内邀请相关领域著名学者进行高端学术对话。此次会议作为第二届江南文脉论坛分论坛，秉承“文脉传承”的核心理念，以“顶天立地”的气派，为文化高质量发展贡献伦理道德智慧。会议同时联袂北京大学世界伦理中心、吉林大学哲学基础理论研究中心、华东师范大学中国现代思想文化研究所、中山大学马克思主义哲学与中国现代化研究所共同举办。
江苏省道德发展智库是首批江苏省重点高端智库，成立于2015年，以东南大学伦理学科为依托，以江苏省委宣传部、江苏省文明办为服务合作部门，协同教育部四大重点研究基地的相关高端学科、高端专家的高端学术机构。智库以“发展”看待道德，在人类文明的大视野下，实现人文科学、社会科学、自然科学、社会管理的深度整合，研究和解决中国伦理道德发展的重大理论和现实问题，提供关于中国道德发展的理念、理论、信息和战略，科学、高端、创新性地为中国道德发展与精神文明建设服务。自2007年起，智库先后组织了三轮中国道德国情大调查（2007、2013、2017）、五轮江苏道德国情调查（2007、2013、2016、2017、2018），建立了目前中国最大和最系统的伦理道德发展数据库，同时形成了以“数据库”为中心的重大成果体系，包括一套道德国情的高端战略研究报告、一套道德发展的高端测评体系、一套道德发展的高端理论研究成果等，在江苏和全国范围内均产生了广泛而深刻的影响。
本次会议将是一次围绕“伦理道德发展的文化战略”议题展开的高端学术会议和顶级智库峰会，会议同时将发布与展示中国伦理道德数据库系列、中国伦理道德发展报告系列、东大伦理系列三大学术成果，通过呈现伦理道德发展的中国经验、中国问题和中国理论，与各领域专家学者进行学术对话和学术交流，以伦理道德努力推进文化发展与文明进步。

Cultural development has been promoted as a major strategy when the world has entered the era of cultural discovery since the 20th century. Chinese culture is an ethical culture in both traditional and modern times. The development of ethics and morality has extremely important cultural and strategic significance. In order to further explore the cultural strategy of China's ethical development and accelerate the dialogue between the Chinese academia of ethics and the world, Moral Development Think-Tank of Jiangsu Province and the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Jiangnan Cultural Forum plan to jointly organize the Southeast University Ethics Forum: Cultural Strategy for the Development of Ethics and Morality on October 27, 2019, and invite renowned scholars from relevant fields to conduct high-end academic dialogues around the world. As the sub-forum of the 2nd Jiangnan Cultural Forum, this conference adheres to the core concept of “culture heritage” and contributes ethical wisdom to the high-quality development of culture with the academic style of “indomitable spirit”. The conference is also jointly sponsored by Peking University World Ethics Institute, Jilin University Center for the Research on Fundamentals of Philosophy, East China Normal University Institute of Chinese Modern Thought and Culture, and Sun Yat-sen University Institute of Marxist Philosophy and China’s Modernization. In view of your outstanding achievements in the academic field, we would like to invite you to attend this conference and make an academic speech.
Moral Development Think-Tank of Jiangsu Province was established in 2015, which is the first batch of key high-end think tanks in Jiangsu Province. It is based on the Ethics Department of Southeast University. It is supported by the Propaganda Department of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Civilization Office of Jiangsu Province and cooperate with the four key research bases of Chinese Ministry of Education. The think-tank regards morality with "development". With the broad view of human civilization, it tries to realize the deep integration of disciplines such as humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and social management, investigate the important theoretical and practical problems in the development of Chinese ethics, offer ideas, theories, information and strategies for China's moral development, and provide scientific, high-end and innovative services for China's moral development and construction of spiritual civilization. Since 2007, the Think-Tank has organized three rounds of national moral investigation (2007, 2013, 2017) and five rounds of Jiangsu moral investigation (2007, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018), and has established the largest and most systematic database of ethical and moral development in China. With the Database as the center, a major results system has been formed, including a set of high-end strategic research reports on China’s moral investigation, a high-end evaluation system for moral development and a set of high-end theoretical research results on moral development. It has produced extensive and profound influences in Jiangsu and even in the whole country.
This conference will be a high-end academic conference and top think-tank summit on the topic of Cultural Strategy for the Development of Ethics and Morality. The conference will release and display the series of Chinese ethics database, the series of Chinese ethics development report, and the series of Southeast University ethics works. Through the presentation of Chinese experience, Chinese issues and Chinese theories of ethical development, scholars in various fields will conduct academic dialogues to promote cultural development and civilization progress by the efforts of ethics and morality.

The forum will be held on October 28th to 31th. On October 28th, Jiangsu Moral Development Think-Tank will have a bus to Wuxi together.
